Spa Receptionist
Location: Monticelli Terme but with the possibility of relocation
The Receptionist is responsible for welcoming Guests upon arrival, handling their requests and needs during their stay. He/she also performs all administrative tasks related to the department’s activities, is the hub of relations between the Guest and the various departments and relays information. He/she is supportive of the spa manager and is also responsible for part of the customer trend analysis.
The Receptionist reports to Spa Manager.

- Excellent knowledge of PC (excel, word, internet and email)
