Spa Manager

Location: Parma

The Spa Manager is responsible for directing all operational aspects of the facility, reports directly to management and coordinates staff work and marketing activities. 

Characteristics:

• Strong team management orientation
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in spa manager role of at least 4 years
• knowledge of the English language
• excellent knowledge of PC (excel, word, internet, email,etc.)
• habit of working through budgets and historical and forecast daily reports
• Familiarity in managing complex and articulated operations.
• Great aptitude for problem solving
• Knowledge of public relations and marketing of SPA products and facilities

Main Activities:

• Has complete management of the facility:

•  
• Acts in accordance with all company policies and maintain the quality level of the spa and staff
• Coordinates all operational activities of the facility and staff as well as outside vendors to ensure the smooth operation of the spa
• Leads and motivates and trains staff toward an excellent level of service, meeting the expectations of discerning clients.
• Maintains close contact with guests, receiving feedback regarding the progress of spa services.
• Relates with management periodically through reports and meetings and for budgeting and goal setting
• Constantly monitors progress and takes immediate action on critical issues
• Manages and promotes marketing activities by relating with external communication agency
